As a contributor to Oficina Global, I was part of a study aimed at improving the adequacy of Master's and PhD scholarships granted by Portugal to the needs of Portuguese-speaking African countries. The research led to the report "Relatório do mapeamento de oferta pós-graduada e bolsas nos PALOP":
